STANDARD FLOOR PLAN - Thorough representation, scaled and dimensioned with square footage calculated for each floor.

            $ 50    per each additional 1000 Sq. Ft.   

 DETAILED FLOOR PLAN - Additionally includes Major Appliances/ Fixtures, most outlets, additional dimensions, North direction, and attached exterior spaces – entranceways / patio / porch / decks

            $ 250   2001 to 3000 Sq. Ft.

            $ 60    per each additional 1000 Sq. Ft.

Unlike photographs, floor plans provide precise information about a property's exact square footage and accurately scaled room dimensions. Our floor plan service includes:

  • Accurate measurements using CAD software

  • Timely delivery of floor plans via email the following day

  • High-quality PDF and JPG files

Complimentary Service: Receive a complimentary floor plan service when you schedule a Home Inspection with us.

Payment(s) are collected on site prior to the inspection.

Debit and credit cards are accepted. We also accept checks.

NSF or bounce check will result in a $50 additional fee.

Our knowledgeable inspector has the expertise to uncover potential issues and safety concerns, ensuring that you have a solid understanding of the property's condition.

Best Measured follows a Standard of Practice established and in accordance with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors.) In conjunction with this Standard of Practice is a Code of Ethics that is a guide for providing objective and unbiased assessments about a home’s general structure, functions, and safety concerns.
